Do bots send emails without me?

Only if you let them. For each bot you choose to auto-send or to queue drafts for your approval.

What happens when someone replies?

The reply is threaded on the lead or contact in your CRM, any running sequence stops, and the owner gets a task.

How do you handle unsubscribes?
